In 1931, on a tiny street off of Venice’s magnificent Piazza San Marco, Giuseppe Cipriani opened Harry’s Bar. In the decades that followed, its welcoming atmosphere and thoughtful attention to detail made this intimate space an iconic destination for stylish locals and international visitors, including a who’s who of European royalty, literary figures, and global celebrities.
Today, more than 90 years later, Maggio and Ignazio Cipriani have drawn on their rich familial history as well as their own 21st century perspectives to create Mr. C, a luxury hospitality and residential brand for glamorous modern living.

Taking cues from everything they learned from their father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, Ignazio and Maggio Cipriani conceived of Mr. C’s service as an evolution of the iconic Cipriani approach. Staff are selected for their love of hospitality and are empowered to follow their own instincts to provide each resident at M. C Residences with a unique personal and welcoming experience. Whether it’s an extra cookie with their after-dinner espresso at Bellini Café & Market or a particular fresh-pressed juice with breakfast on the rooftop pool, Mr. C staff seek ways to make every resident feel like a VIP guest.
